LIFE EXPERIENCES:
I currently am the Chair of Gather Valley of the Sun (VOTS), a ministry of ELCA Young Adults. I am also the Young Adult Coordinator for University Lutheran Church in Tempe, AZ. I am grateful to be nominated by Pr. Chris Keller as Young Adult Representative for the Grand Canyon Synod council. If elected, I hope to better integrate Gather VOTS into the GC Synod structure and communications, such that young adults in the Phoenix area have a "landing space" for faith community and fellowship. I also hope to build a small team and extend this model to other GC Synod metropolitan areas, such as Las Vegas.
