Mountain View Lutheran Church in Ahwatukee invites everyone to a special German-Language Christmas Service (Weihnachtsgottesdienst) on Sunday, December 14, 2025. The gathering begins with caroling at 4:10 p.m., followed by the Christmas worship service at 4:30 p.m. The church is located at 11002 S. 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85044.

This annual service brings together native German speakers, heritage families, and friends from across the Grand Canyon Synod who cherish German Christmas traditions. Rooted in Lutheran faith and centered on the birth of Christ, the service offers a meaningful way to experience the season through scripture, prayer, and song in the German language.

Following worship, all are invited to stay for fellowship with coffee, tea, and Christmas cookies. Cookie donations are welcome and appreciated—a beloved part of this tradition of hospitality and shared celebration.
