Nature not only surrounds us with its beauty but also teaches us profound lessons in faith. Recognizing this, we are excited to announce an immersive Bible study opportunity titled "Scripture and nature: Teachers of faith" led by Rev. Sara Olson-Smith, the esteemed author of the Winter/Spring 2024 Gather Bible Study.

On Saturday, February 3, 2024, join us at American Lutheran Church for a thought-provoking session exploring the biblical narratives of Weather, Creatures, Rivers, and Food. This study will deepen your understanding of how these elements shape our relationship with creation and the Creator.

Participants will embark on a journey through scripture to see how the natural world plays a critical role in God's story and our salvation. The study sessions promise to nourish your soul, broaden your perspective, and encourage a greater love for our environment.

Registration begins at 9:00 am, followed by an engaging program from 9:30 am to noon. The event will conclude with a communal lunch and closing remarks, including prizes, until 1:30 pm. For a fee of $15 per person, you can secure a spot in this enlightening experience, with lunch included.
