LIFE EXPERIENCES:
I served as the Director for International Staff for a Christian NGO in the Middle East for 8 years. I was responsible for hiring, onboarding, pastoral care, conflict resolution, and exit interviews for all international staff who served in the organization. I am thankful for the possibility of sharing more of my experience in ministry with our Grand Canyon Synod.
