Life Experiences
Serving as a pastor for the past 15 years has given me extensive experience in facilitating conversations, navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, and helping communities make thoughtful spirit-filled decisions. I’ve worked closely with individuals and groups during times of transition and conflict, and have often served as a neutral presence to help discern next steps with clarity and compassion.
In that role, I’ve developed strong listening and mediation skills, learned how to ask constructive questions, and supported people in articulating their needs and concerns. I’ve also been involved in leadership development, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.
