As we prepare for the 2026 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly (June 11–13), we share a simple invitation from our partners in the Evangelical Lutheran Education Association (ELEA):

This brief, two-minute video offers a clear and meaningful introduction to how ELEA supports congregations, schools, and leaders across the ELCA.

It also introduces the Nurturing Faith Study Series, developed in partnership with ELCA Churchwide. This resource is designed for all congregations—whether or not they have a school—making it widely applicable across ministry contexts.

In addition, congregations and synods are encouraged to explore ELEA membership as a practical and affordable way to:

  • Strengthen connections between congregations and educational ministries

  • Access resources and support for faith formation

  • Build relationships across the wider church
