Arizona Faith Network (AFN) invites you to deepen your spiritual life, build interfaith connections, and join in public witness this September. From meditations and book studies to peace-building statements and climate advocacy, there are meaningful ways for Grand Canyon Synod congregations and leaders to engage.

Join tonight, Wednesday, September 18 from 6:30–8:00 pm MST via Zoom, for the concluding session of AFN’s five-week interfaith exploration of The Tears of Things by Richard Rohr. The series reflects on prophetic wisdom for healing in our time.

Every Monday at noon MST, AFN hosts guided meditation on Zoom, led by Vasu Bandhu and other spiritual leaders. A calm way to begin your week.

🔹 Abuse in Later Life 101 Training | October 23, 2–4 pm (Zoom)

Faith leaders are often first responders for elder abuse. This free training, hosted with ACESDV and Safe Havens, equips congregations to recognize, respond, and refer.

Attend in person at the Mesa Temple Visitors’ Center or online via Zoom to learn about the history, beliefs, and practices of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

🕊️ Sign the Faith Leader Statement for the International Day of Peace

Add your name by September 15 to be included in a public declaration condemning political violence and promoting civic peace. The statement will be published in Arizona media and online.
