Creation, Community, and Christ: Lutheran Campformation Returns

From June 30 to July 4, more than 80 youth from across the Grand Canyon Synod will gather at Pinerock Camp in Prescott, Arizona, for Lutheran Campformation—an annual week of faith formation through study, worship, and fellowship.

This year’s camp theme centers on Stewardship of Creation, led by three special guest theologians who specialize in Creation theology. This unique addition brings a new lens to how young people connect their faith with God’s good Earth, grounding stewardship in scripture and Lutheran tradition.

You can support this vital ministry by helping cover the cost of meals, daily participation, or full scholarships for campers. Every gift makes a direct impact:

  • $25 buys a camper meal

  • $75 sponsors a camper for a day

  • $350 provides a full scholarship

  • $1,000 contributes to the Gerald Manlove Memorial Camp Fund
