Explore the Wider Church: ELCA Synod Assembly Video Playlist Available
View reports for our 2026 assembly on our assembly mission and ministry stories page or in this collection of blog posts.
As we gather for Synod Assembly and continue to live out our call as church together, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) has provided a collection of short videos for synods and congregations to use and share. We invite you to take some time to explore this engaging playlist and see the many ways God is at work through our wider church. View the playlist here.
The playlist includes brief updates and stories from across the ELCA, covering topics such as mission support, world hunger, disaster response, migration accompaniment, Navajo ministry, youth ministry, Portico benefits, Women of the ELCA, and more. Several videos may be familiar to ministries and congregations across the Grand Canyon Synod, including a featured story on Navajo Evangelical Lutheran Mission (NELM) and updates connected to Human Sexuality: Gift and Trust reconsiderations, ELCA Sumud, and the 2027 ELCA Youth Gathering.
These videos offer a meaningful glimpse into how Lutheran ministry is shared across congregations, communities, and global partnerships. They also serve as helpful conversation starters for congregations interested in learning more about the ministries supported through Mission Support and churchwide partnerships.
