Grow in Faith and Leadership This Fall with Thriving Leadership Formation

This fall, Thriving Leadership Formation (TLF) invites you into a rich season of growth, connection, and spiritual depth—tailored for church leaders, ministry teams, and anyone seeking to lead with compassion and purpose. From Tuesday morning Lectio Divina to transformative team-building workshops and a deep dive into the Enneagram, these offerings are free or low-cost and designed to strengthen leadership and faith.

📌 Enneagram Type Panel Series

Starting Wednesday, September 24, join us for a no-cost, 9-week series exploring the Enneagram through a spiritual and ministry lens. Each 2-hour session includes teaching by Desta Goehner (Accredited Enneagram Professional), panel discussions with church leaders, and real-world case studies. 📌 Transforming Teams Series

Designed for church councils, synod staff, camp leaders, and congregational teams, this three-session workshop (Sept. 11, 18, 25 | 10am–12pm PT) uses the Enneagram to build healthy team dynamics rooted in trust and Spirit-led collaboration. Cost: $45 per person. Register early to reserve your team’s spot.

📌 Lectio Divina (Tuesdays @ 9am PT)
