Hope Is a Group Project: Gather With ELCA Coaching November 4

Join ELCA Coaching for Wayfinding in the Commons on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at noon Arizona time and Mountain Standard Time, or 11 a.m. Pacific. This approximately 45-minute Zoom gathering offers community, learning and support for navigating challenges in life and ministry.

Rostered ministers, lay leaders and anyone seeking connection are welcome. Whether you feel isolated, face a difficult decision or have something to share, you are invited to bring your questions and a spirit of curiosity.

Gatherings include grounding through Scripture, prayer or other readings; a brief leadership lesson; coach-facilitated small-group conversations; and shared reflection. The goal is to leave with greater clarity and at least one actionable next step. Learn more about the gathering’s format.

For leaders across the Grand Canyon Synod, this is an opportunity to listen for the Spirit alongside others and consider how God is calling us to participate in our communities. Our life in Christ connects us to one another; encouragement, shared discernment and mutual care help sustain our callings.

Wayfinding in the Commons meets on the first Wednesday of each month, guided by ELCA Coaching’s vision: “Nobody Journeys Alone.”
