In Memoriam: Rev. Richard “Dick” Glover
The Grand Canyon Synod gives thanks for the life and ministry of Rev. Richard (Dick) Glover, retired pastor and member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Phoenix, who passed away earlier this week on Monday, November 17, 2025.
At this time, no information is available regarding memorial or funeral services. We will share details with the synod as soon as they are confirmed.
As we grieve the death of a beloved pastor, we remember the promise that in baptism we are claimed, renewed, and held in the eternal mercy of God. We trust that Dick now rests in the fullness of Christ’s peace.
We invite the synod to pray for Alice, the Glover family, their friends, and the community of St. Andrew Lutheran Church as they mourn and remember his life. May God surround them with comfort and hope in the days ahead.
