Introducing The SYAT Collective: A New Space for Next Generation Ministry Leaders

We’re excited to launch a new monthly gathering from SYAT (Synod Youth Advisory Team) of the Grand Canyon Synod—created to equip and connect those serving in next generation ministry.

Whether you’re leading preschoolers, children, youth, or young adults— staff, volunteer, or somewhere in between—you are invited to join us.

Each month, The SYAT Collective will offer practical, relevant training for real ministry, including topics like:

  • Preparing for camp

  • Planning events and lock-ins

  • Building healthy policies

  • Supporting students through real-life challenges

  • And more

Some sessions will be led by SYAT, while others will feature experienced leaders (like you!) and ministry partners from across our synod and beyond.

This isn’t just another meeting to attend—it’s a space to gain tools you can actually use, ask real questions, and learn alongside other leaders who understand what ministry looks like right now.
