Prayers for Pastor Brian Weinberger and the Bethlehem Lutheran Community

We ask your prayers for Pastor Brian Weinberger, who was seriously injured in a car accident on Tuesday. He is currently hospitalized and undergoing multiple surgeries to address injuries to his face, hip, knee, and ribs.

Please lift up Pastor Brian, his wife Becca, their children, and the congregation of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Mesa. As the days unfold, we hold them all in prayer—trusting in the presence of God, the wisdom of medical teams, and the strength of the community that surrounds them.

A Prayer for Pastor Brian and His Community

Healing God, be near to Brian as he recovers from trauma and undergoes surgery. Surround Becca, the children, and all who love him with peace that surpasses understanding. Sustain the people of Bethlehem Lutheran as they walk this difficult road together. Guide the hands of his care team and give strength to all who wait and watch. Remind us that you are near in every valley, and your mercy never lets us go. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
