Dear Partners in Ministry,
We are grateful for the many ways you serve alongside the Grand Canyon Synod in Arizona, southern Nevada, St. George, Utah, and the Navajo Nation. Your ministry is vital to our shared mission of proclaiming Christ and serving our neighbors. The 2026 Synod Assembly is an opportunity to help voting members and visitors better understand the breadth of our collective work.
Who May Exhibit?
Following the model established by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, display space exists solely to inform and educate assembly participants.
Display space is available to:
Agencies and institutions related to the synod
Synod task forces, teams, committees, and affiliated ministries
Units and ministries of the ELCA
Ecumenical ministries affiliated with and approved by the synod
Please note:
No display space will be provided to organizations without an official relationship to the ELCA.
No commercial displays or sales booths are permitted.
Any items offered for sale require prior approval from the Assembly Planning Committee.
Displays unrelated to the mission and purpose of the synod, or deemed offensive, will be removed. Decisions of the Assembly Planning Committee and the bishop are final.
Important Logistics
The Assembly Planning Committee determines display approval and table placement.
The contact person is responsible for set-up and removal.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
The Grand Canyon Synod and the host site are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
If you have questions about display space or other exhibitor needs, please contact Theresa Thornburgh at office@gcsynod.org.
We look forward to gathering in June 2026 — worshiping, discerning, and strengthening our shared ministry. Your presence helps tell the story of how God is at work across our synod. We hope you will join us.
