Why We Gather
As Lutherans, we confess that our lives and ministries are not self-generated projects. We are shaped by Word and Sacrament, grounded in Christ’s promises, and sustained by grace. Our congregations exist within God’s larger story of love, reconciliation, and renewal.
These Spring Gatherings offer space to:
Strengthen relationships across congregations
Reflect on our shared calling
Listen deeply to one another
Re-center our ministries in God’s promises
In a season marked by rapid change and uncertainty, gathering face-to-face reminds us who we are and whose we are. We are people rooted in Christ, connected across Arizona, southern Nevada, St. George, and the Navajo Nation, and sent into the world in hope.
Together, we remain Rooted in God’s Story—grounded in Christ and moving forward as one synod.
We look forward to gathering with you.
