Serve ASU Students with Gather Valley of the Sun on October 3

Join Gather Valley of the Sun on Saturday, October 3, 2026, to volunteer at Pitchfork Pantry’s monthly food and clothing distribution. Arrive at 8 a.m. for the 8:15–10:15 a.m. shift at First United Methodist Church, 215 E. University Dr., Tempe, AZ 85281.

Pitchfork Pantry at Arizona State University provides students in need with fresh and nonperishable food, essential hygiene items, and clothing. Volunteers will support this work of caring for neighbors and helping students access everyday necessities.

For Lutherans, serving our neighbors is a response to God’s freely given grace. This morning offers a practical opportunity to share that love while connecting with others in service.

An optional brunch and devotional will follow the volunteer shift, offering time for fellowship and reflection.
