Developing new methods, programs, and systems for outreach.
Equipping and supporting lay leaders in relationship-building ministries.
Strengthening connections through ministries such as Critical Needs, Shower Ministry, and Heat Respite.
Building relationships with students and staff at local college campuses.
Participating in weekly staff meetings and sharing outreach messages during worship services on a regular basis.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, experience working with volunteers and ministry teams, and a passion for engaging those who may not currently be connected to a faith community. Experience working with young adults is especially valued.
Compensation ranges from $18,000 to $26,000 annually, depending on education and experience.
