The ELCA 2025 Annual Report Cover Has Arrived: Just in Time for Annual Meetings

The ELCA 2025 Annual Report cover is now available for congregational use. While it arrived later than usual this year, we’re glad to share it now as congregations prepare annual reports, annual meetings, and year-in-review communications.

This professionally designed cover may be used by congregations as the front cover for their own annual reports, helping visually connect local ministry stories with the wider work of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. You can download and begin using the cover immediately. 

What’s Inside the 2025 Annual Report

The 2025 ELCA Annual Report centers on a clear Lutheran grounding: “As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to walk in him, rooted and built up in him … abounding in thanksgiving” (Colossians 2:6–7). In his message, Presiding Bishop The Rev. Yehiel Curry reflects on our shared calling as a church set free to love our neighbors and seek justice, emphasizing how congregations, synods, and the churchwide organization work together as one body in Christ.

The report offers a concise overview of how generosity across the ELCA supports ministry near and far, including:

  • Mission Support, which strengthens congregations, raises up leaders, and advances justice

  • ELCA World Hunger, walking alongside communities in more than 60 countries to address hunger and poverty

  • Lutheran Disaster Response, providing long-term accompaniment after disasters

  • Where Needed Most, sustaining leaders, congregations, and global mission partnerships
