This event is designed especially for college students, seminarians, and young adults discerning how God might be calling them to serve. Participants will hear from three remarkable leaders—Naomi Mbise, Rebeca Amaro Trevino, and Bliss Tungnung—recipients of Women of the ELCA Seed Grants.
These young women have launched ministries supporting women and girls in Tanzania, Cameroon, Mexico, and India, responding to real needs with creativity, courage, and faith. During the webinar, they will share:
How they discerned their call
What it took to start their ministries
What they’ve learned along the way
Rooted in our Lutheran understanding that God calls all people into vocation—not just within the church but out into the world—this conversation offers a powerful reminder: you are beloved, and you are sent.
Whether you are exploring your next steps, accompanying young adults in your congregation, or simply seeking stories of hope and innovation, this webinar is an opportunity to witness how the Spirit is moving through emerging leaders across the globe.
Come ready to listen, to learn, and to imagine how you, too, can participate in God’s work of justice, compassion, and renewal.
