Last Call: Submit Your Recipe by May 1
There is still time—but not much.
The Rooted at the Table recipe project is nearing its deadline, and this is your final invitation to be part of a shared collection that reflects the life of the Grand Canyon Synod.
Over the past several weeks, recipes have been submitted from across our synod, each one contributing to a growing story of community, culture, and connection. Together, these recipes are helping form a collection that reflects who we are—gathered, nourished, and sent.
If you’ve been thinking about submitting a recipe, now is the time.
We invite:
Individuals
Congregations
Ministry groups
Youth and families
to share a favorite recipe from your table.
All recipes will be published online, creating a shared resource for the whole synod. A curated selection will also be included in the printed cookbook connected with the 2026 Synod Assembly.
The deadline to submit recipes is May 1, 2026.
Whether it’s a potluck classic, a family favorite, or a recipe rooted in your culture or community, your contribution helps tell the story of our synod.
Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of it.
Submit your recipe today.
