Connections at Grace Lutheran in Phoenix Offers a September of Community, Music, and Welcome
Grace Lutheran Church in Phoenix invites neighbors from across the community to Connections, a weekly Monday evening gathering offering opportunities to meet one another, share experiences, and enjoy music, conversation, food, and community.
Connections meets Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m. in Hope Hall, 1124 N. 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004. September’s schedule includes:
Sept. 1 — Movie Soundtracks Live
Sept. 8 — Social Justice
Sept. 15 — Latin Night
Sept. 22 — Karaoke Night
Sept. 29 — Jazz Night
A special Latin Night on Monday, Sept. 15, at 6 p.m. will celebrate Mexico’s Independence with food, music, dancing, and cultural activities. The gathering is free and open to everyone, with activities designed for people of all ages and backgrounds.
The month concludes with Jazz Night on Sept. 29 at 6 p.m., offering another opportunity to gather at Hope Hall for an evening centered on music and connection.
Connections reflects an important part of the church’s calling: creating spaces where neighbors can encounter one another, relationships can grow, and everyone has a place at the table. In a Lutheran understanding of vocation, God’s love sends us outward into our communities—not simply to invite people into church activities, but to know, serve, celebrate, and build relationships with our neighbors.
No registration is indicated for these events. Come for an evening or make Connections part of your Monday routine this September at Grace Lutheran Church.
