Faithful Leadership for a Changing Church: October Resources
Faith+Lead’s October learning opportunities offer support for lay and rostered leaders navigating change, caring for neighbors, and exploring new ministries. Two dates deserve attention: the School for Lay Ministry begins October 10, 2026, and applications for the New Christian Communities Leadership Incubator close October 31. On-demand courses and free resources provide additional ways to learn at your own pace.
For Lutherans, ongoing formation grows from our baptismal calling to share the gospel and serve our neighbors. These opportunities invite leaders across the Grand Canyon Synod to deepen that calling through study, discernment, and practice.
