Lead with the Spirit: Faith+Lead’s Coaching for Spirit-Led Leadership Begins January 26
Faith+Lead’s Coaching for Spirit-Led Leadership (formerly Segment One Coaching) invites pastors, deacons, lay leaders, and ministry partners to learn a more collaborative, Spirit-led approach to leadership. This nine-week online cohort begins January 26, 2026, and continues through March 23, 2026, meeting weekly on Mondays from 6:30–8:30 p.m. CT.
The course, led by The Rev. Dr. Dawn Alitz, equips participants to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and support others without taking over—cultivating discernment, confidence, and clarity in the people they serve. Through nine live sessions and three hands-on coaching labs, learners gain practical coaching skills grounded in the standards of the International Coaching Federation while centering their growth in faith and trust in the Holy Spirit’s movement.
Participants will learn to:
Lead coaching conversations rooted in trust and presence.
Ask open-ended questions that spark reflection and action.
Encourage discernment and shared leadership in ministry contexts.
Integrate coaching into daily discipleship, mentoring, and congregational life.
This experience is ideal for anyone seeking to move from “fixing” to “walking alongside” others in ministry. You do not need to be a professional coach to participate—only a desire to lead with curiosity, compassion, and Spirit-led awareness.
The cost is $375, with scholarships and payment plans available.
