Now Hiring: Facility Manager at All Saints Lutheran in Phoenix

All Saints Lutheran Church in Phoenix is currently seeking a part-time Facility Manager to help support its mission of service and hospitality. This flexible contract position requires 10–16 hours per week, primarily in the evenings and on weekends.

The Facility Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the church operates smoothly during events and gatherings. Responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing rooms for meetings and services

  • Setting up event spaces

  • Welcoming and directing visitors

  • Patrolling the campus during services to maintain safety

  • Using a golf cart to assist attendees with transportation across church grounds

Ideal candidates will feel called to serve in a Christian environment and be energized by working with a close-knit faith community. This is a shared role, offering flexibility and the chance to support a vibrant congregation through practical, behind-the-scenes care.
