Rostered Ministers: Submit Your Annual Report to the Bishop by March 30, 2026

The annual Rostered Minister Report to the Bishop is now open and must be completed by Monday, March 30, 2026. This yearly report is an important opportunity for rostered ministers across the Grand Canyon Synod to reflect on their ministry, share insights and challenges, and connect directly with Bishop Deborah Hutterer.

These reports are a vital part of our shared life as a synod. They support mutual accountability, foster shared learning, and help the Office of the Bishop remain closely connected to the realities of ministry across Arizona, southern Nevada, St. George (Utah), and the Navajo Nation. Each report is read carefully by Bishop Hutterer, and every rostered minister will receive a response. Please note that, due to the volume and care involved, responses may take some time.

Who Should Complete a Report

  • Active rostered ministers, including those on leave from call or on disability

  • Retired rostered ministers

Report Forms

Some data from these reports may be accessed by members of the Office of the Bishop staff to support synod-wide care and administration. If you have a topic of a particularly personal or sensitive nature, you are encouraged to email Bishop Hutterer directly.

The Report to the Bishop is more than an administrative requirement—it is a spiritual practice of reflection, honesty, and connection, grounded in our Lutheran commitment to accompaniment, vocation, and the shared ministry of the whole church.

Please plan to complete your report by Monday, March 30, 2026. Thank you for the ways you continue to serve faithfully and for taking time to reflect on the work God is doing through your ministry.
