Tamales and Touchdowns: Support Lutheran Campus Ministry at ASU

Order tamales by November 12 or reserve your spot at a November 28 football watch party to support Lutheran Campus Ministry at Arizona State University. Everyone across the Grand Canyon Synod is invited to participate in these two new fall fundraisers, with all proceeds benefiting LCM-ASU.

Join the Territorial Cup watch party

ASU and University of Arizona fans alike are welcome at this family-friendly gathering in the ULC Campus Center and BBQ area on November 28. The start time is pending the announcement of kickoff.

A $25 donation per person includes grilled hot dogs and brats, homemade chili, sides, soft drinks and dessert. Watch on multiple screens indoors and on the patio, weather permitting, or enjoy the outdoor spaces and campfire s’mores. The flyer also invites the congregation to bring chili for a chili cook-off.

To reserve tickets, visit the online giving page or scan the watch party flyer’s QR code. Under “Give to Offering,” select “LCM: ASU v. UofA Football Watch Party Tickets.” Pay $25 for one ticket, $50 for two or $75 for three. The selected fund and payment amount identify your reservation.

Through shared food, fellowship and generosity, we support the church’s ministry alongside university students. Please share these opportunities with your congregation, friends and fellow fans.
