The Multiplication of Good: Mosaic’s Ministry of Inclusion
View reports for our 2026 assembly on our assembly mission and ministry stories page or in this collection of blog posts.
Mosaic’s work across the Grand Canyon Synod reflects a powerful truth: when people are supported to live fully, the impact multiplies across families and communities.
Through services in Phoenix and Tucson, Mosaic supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with independence and dignity.
Stories from this year include:
Individuals moving from institutional living into thriving, supported homes
People gaining independence and meaningful work
Families experiencing restored relationships and new hope
Mosaic also continues advocacy efforts, particularly around Medicaid funding, which remains critical to sustaining services.
Congregations are invited to engage through:
Advocacy efforts (Mosaic Allied Voices)
Rejoicing Spirits, a program supporting inclusive worship
Why This Matters
Mosaic reminds us that “the church is not complete without people with disabilities.” This ministry calls us into deeper inclusion, advocacy, and shared life.
