Camp ALOMA Seeks Summer Staff: May 20–July 20 (Housing & Meals Included, Flexible Weeks)

Camp ALOMA in Prescott is seeking camp counselors (ages 18+) for Summer 2026, with positions running May 20–July 20 and flexibility to serve individual weeks.

Staff training begins May 20, followed by seven weeks of summer camp starting May 31. While full-summer participation is encouraged, arrangements can be made for those who are available for select weeks, making this an accessible opportunity for college students, young adults, and others discerning a call to serve.

Camp ALOMA is looking for individuals who love Jesus, care deeply about children and youth, and enjoy life outdoors. Counselors and staff help create a Christ-centered community where campers can grow in faith, build friendships, and experience God’s presence in creation.

Serving on camp staff is more than a job—it is a formative ministry experience. Staff members develop leadership skills, deepen their faith, and build lifelong relationships while serving as role models for young people. In the Lutheran tradition, outdoor ministry is a powerful expression of God’s grace, where community, storytelling, and creation come together to shape faith in lasting ways.
