Your Input Matters: Support Youth and Family Ministry by Completing This Survey

Across the Grand Canyon Synod, congregations are experiencing youth and family ministry in different ways. Some churches have vibrant children’s ministries but face financial constraints. Others may have a few visiting grandchildren or college-age young adults, but no Sunday School or confirmation students. We know ministry looks different in every context—and we want to hear your story at Grand Canyon Youth Ministry Survey.

The Synod Youth Advisory Team invites every congregation to complete a short survey to share how you are engaging with children, youth, young adults, and families. Whether you have a thriving youth group or are just beginning to ask what’s next, your story matters. This is the first step toward synod-wide support, resource-sharing, and collaboration.

We’re especially seeking contact information for the person at your congregation who oversees ministry with young people—from Pre-K to post-high school age. This helps us offer more targeted support, connect leaders across the synod, and build a network of encouragement and shared wisdom. You’ll also have the option to request connection with strong youth leaders in your area or ask for additional training and resources.
