Updated Constitution, Bylaws, and Continuing Resolutions (CBCRs)

We thank Pastor David Brandfass, our outgoing Synod Secretary, for his work in updating our constitution. He’s made formatting updates to be aligned with the churchwide organization, as well as added user-friendly features like a table of contents.
