Taylor Welch

Las Vegas, NV – Synod Council Liaison

Taylor Welch has loved growing up in Las Vegas and currently worships at Good Samaritan Lutheran at the Lakes where she enjoys teaching Sunday school and youth group. She is a big believer in kids and teens being able to find a welcoming and accepting home within their church, and she seeks to do just that in her ministry. She is currently serving her second term on the Grand Canyon Synod Council and has been involved in youth ministry leadership since 2017. Knowing what it's like to be a young youth leader without connections or resources, Taylor is excited to serve on SYAT where she looks forward to building stronger, more sustainable programs for young people and their leaders. Taylor is currently studying for her BFA in Illustration and Concept Art at RMCAD, and when she's not doing homework, can be found hanging out with her family and friends, reading and writing fantasy novels, or playing with her new puppy Mavi.
