Expanded Mental Health Support Available Through Portico in 2026
Beginning January 1, 2026, ELCA-Primary members will have access to updated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services through Spring Health, a partner of 98point6 by Transcarent.
These services are designed to support the mental, emotional, and relational well-being of our church leaders and their families:
Therapy is available for members and dependents age 6 and older
Coaching is available for individuals age 13 and older
Care is offered through a network of thousands of licensed providers
Options include in-person, phone, video, and text-based support
Members can connect to services directly through the 98point6 app or learn more through myPortico.
In the Lutheran tradition, we affirm that mental health is inseparable from spiritual and physical health. These expanded EAP services reflect our shared commitment to caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—so that leaders and families can thrive in ministry and daily life.
