New 2026 Portico Health ID Cards Are Here—Check Yours Carefully

If you are enrolled in ELCA-Primary Health benefits, you should now have received a new 2026 health ID card from Portico Benefits. This year’s card includes a Group ID number, making it easier to reference your coverage when accessing care.

Please note: some members received two sets of cards in the mail. If that happened to you, be sure to use the second set and destroy the first. Not sure which card is correct? Double-check that the coverage level and deductible amountsmatch what you elected for 2026.
