On a bright January day in Jerusalem’s Old City, the Rev. Imad Haddad was consecrated as the fifth bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land (ELCJHL), succeeding Bishop Sani Ibrahim Azar.
