The Music Ministry Leader plays a central role in shaping Sunday and seasonal worship by selecting and performing music that enhances the liturgy. Responsibilities include leading the choir and bell choir, playing piano and/or organ, mentoring volunteer musicians, and collaborating closely with the pastor and worship team. Proficiency in both piano and organ, knowledge of Lutheran liturgy and hymnody, and the ability to work with diverse musical styles are essential.
This salaried position involves approximately 25–30 hours per week with additional honoraria for weddings and funerals. Compensation ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience.
