After a full day of worship, learning, and assembly business… we’re changing gears.

Join us Friday night for a lively, joy-filled hour of music, storytelling, laughter, and creativity from across the Grand Canyon Synod. This is one of those moments where the assembly gets to breathe, connect, and simply enjoy being the church together.

From heartfelt to hilarious, the evening will feature a curated lineup of short, family-friendly performances — all offered by people from across our synod.

And yes… there may be a few surprises.

Pastor Thaddeus Book of Desert Cross Lutheran Church in Tempe will serve as emcee, guiding us through what promises to be a memorable night.

Why It Matters

Throughout scripture, God’s people celebrate through song, story, and joy. This night is a small but real expression of that — a chance to delight in the creativity and gifts alive across our synod.

Come ready to laugh, listen, and be surprised.

We will tell the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord.
— Psalm 78
