Share Your Ministry’s Story by May 9 for Synod Assembly 2025

As we prepare for the 2025 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly, we’re inviting you—congregations, ministries, and partners from across our synod—to share how your ministry is “Building Up the Body,” our 2025 assembly theme drawn from Ephesians 4:12–13.

We’re looking for short reflections, photos, and brief videos or audio clips that reflect the life of your ministry and community. Whether you are in Phoenix or Flagstaff, Las Vegas or the Navajo Nation, we want to see how the Spirit is moving among you.

All submissions are due by May 9, 2025.

You don’t need to be a professional storyteller. Just show us what makes your ministry vibrant—through joy, creativity, faithfulness, outreach, or quiet resilience. Need help creating a video? Visit gcsynod.org/video for simple guidance.

While not every story will be featured during the Assembly itself, we plan to highlight around 50 stories through our synod blog, Facebook, and weekly newsletter. All submissions will be included in a special online Assembly story gallery.

Let’s lift up one another by sharing what God is doing in our communities. Be bold. Be creative. And most of all—have fun as you reflect on how your ministry builds up the Body of Christ.
