Churchwide Assembly 2025: Congregation Observers Invited to Register by May 31
The ELCA’s 2025 Churchwide Assembly will take place in Phoenix, Arizona, and every congregation in the ELCA is invited to register one congregation observer. While observers do not have voice or vote in plenary sessions, they are welcomed with reserved seating in the plenary hall and access to the full set of materials provided to voting members. This is a meaningful opportunity to witness the broader church at work and feel connected to our collective mission.
Registration is $125 per congregation observer and must be completed by May 31, 2025. You can register at this link: Register Her
Observers are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and meals. Discounted hotel rates are available at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Phoenix, and Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown—available on a first-come, first-served basis until May 31 or when blocks are filled.
