- All rooms for the block must be reserved before 05/13/2024. After this date any remaining rooms will be released. While we will make every attempt to accommodate last minute reservations, there is no guarantee Westgate Park City Resort will have additional rooms available after 05/13/2024.
- A one-night deposit will be due upon booking.
- Remaining lodging balance will be due upon check in.
- Cancellations must be made before 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after 72 hours forfeit the deposit as a penalty. The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made before 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Check in begins at 4pm. Check out is at 10am.
