Experience
I've served as a Lutheran Minister and Mission Developer for 11 years in different settings. In college I was a psychology major and interested in human behavior. I believe my calls as pastor in a rural setting in Iowa and as a mission developer in Washington has prepared me to serve on the Discipline Committee. I've developed skills such as being an active listener, compassion and objectivity. I would be honored to serve on this committee.
