What to Bring

Refillable water bottle
Refillable coffee container
Package of rice, beans, or flour for Casa de la Misericordia
Our offering will be split between ELCA World Hunger and First Call Theological Education. If you would like to contribute, please bring a check or cash with you.
Comfortable clothing – and a light sweater if you tend to get cold!
Smart phone or other device for accessing the internet

Ministry Night at the Museum

2023 Assembly Ministry Night at the Musuem

Friday evening at the Children’s Museum Tucson, next to Armory Park, 200 South 6th Ave., Tucson, AZ 85701 (map).

At the event you’ll find food such as charcuterie tables, gluten free options, Sonoran dogs, dessert, wine and non-alcoholic beverages, plus you get admission to the museum and all the activities. This is a “walk-around and snack” type of evening, with lots of opportunity for small group interaction and fun! The gift store will be open during our event.

Ministry Night at the Museum is included in your registration if you are a voting member. Otherwise, a separate registration is required. Non-voting members and guests can register here.

Shuttle Bus Available: For maximum fellowship, ride a free shuttle bus from Resurrection Lutheran or from two of our designated hotels: Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn & Suites. Reserve your seat today so we can plan for you!

Ministry Partner Table Exhibitors

Tables are located in the Outreach building. Your table will have a tent sign and a table cover. Tables are spaced around the perimeter of the room. Pr. Tina Mills from the Synod Council will be on hand to direct and assist you if you have any questions. She will also be handing out your nametags – everyone at Assembly should have a nametag, so if the names of your table exhibitors have changed since registration, please let me know ASAP so that we can have a tag for them. You can come to set up any time after 8:00 a.m. – tables will open to the Assembly attendees at 10:00 a.m., so please plan to complete your set-up by then. WELCOME! The Ministry Partner Tables have been missed in recent years, and we are so happy that we are able to have them again.

Other Important Information

Resurrection Lutheran Church and the Children’s Museum are both non-smoking facilities.
Be sure to pick up your “Be Bold Bingo Card” at registration!
