When you’re at the helm, solving problems is in your DNA. Whether it's staff hiccups or a broader community conundrum, you've probably found that you’re the go-to person. It's an inherent part of leadership. But what if, instead of always being the solver, you empowered those around you to find their own solutions?

Starting this October, the Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training from Luther Seminary’s faith+lead is set to commence, designed with faith leaders like you in mind. This intensive course, spanning nine sessions, dives deep into the foundational elements of coaching, equipping you with invaluable skills and methods. Whether it's mastering the art of powerful questioning, affirming language, or developing an awareness of self and others, this course is a holistic journey toward becoming an effective coach. The real-life coaching practice within your cohort ensures you're not just learning – you’re doing.

Two sessions have been set to accommodate varied schedules. Monday sessions begin on October 9, 2023, from 6:30-8:30 pm Central. For those looking for a mid-week boost, Thursday sessions kick off on October 26, 2023, from 2:00-4:00 pm Central.
