Friends of Open Space Church,

 Here’s our January newsletter, a little late because of the holidays.

We have our usual paint nights and worship on Thursdays at The Studio Space.

Also, our annual meeting is January 30th at 7pm at Streams in the Desert Lutheran Church at 5360 E. Pima St, Tucson (Pima-Craycroft).

Welcome to a new year at Open Space Church 

We took a bit of a break over the Christmas season, since so many of us were gone or unavailable. Now we’re back. For the month. We have two paint nights and worship. 

Upcoming Events: 

  • Jan 9, 6:30-9:30pm – Paint Night 

  • Jan 16, 6:30-9:30pm – Paint Night 

  • Jan 23, 7pm – worship 

  • Jan 30, 7pm – Annual Meeting at Streams in the Desert (Pima-Craycroft) 

Annual Meeting 

We’re going to have our annual meeting on January 30th at 7pm at Streams in the Desert at 5360 E. Pima St, Tucson (note the location change – we’re not at The Studio). We’ll talk about our plans for 2020 and beyond, review our budget, and meet with Pastor Miguel Gomez-Acosta of the Grand Canyon Synod. We’ll throw in some food for everyone who comes and have some fellowship with it all.

Sustainability and leadership

We have prints available for sale, made from artwork from our own members. $10/each for 11”x17”. Several different pieces. Below is one made by our own Michael Schultz, made at the WET PAINT 3 live graffiti art show in 2018.
